About Us

Helping Car Buyers Since 2008

Founded in 2008 to bring exceptional finance options to automotive dealers! With our partner lenders we offer finance solutions to more than 400 auto dealerships throughout the United States. Our team of trained representatives invite the most competitive indirect lending relationship to meet the changing automotive market.

Jasmine started with ALB in 2014 as a data entry specialist and has worked her way into a key position as our main funding processor and title tracking specialist. On any given day you can find Jasmine happily busy with answering phones, taking care of our dealership’s questions, and keeping our representatives up to speed on items needed. Due to her bright and sunny personality, Jasmine is the most requested person when customers call in for help. Do yourself a favor and give her a call sometime!

She married her husband Jorge in 2017 while away for a lunch break (ha!) and bought their first home together that same year. When she’s not working, she enjoys yard work, binge watching murder documentaries, and eating steak rare. She has a great sense of humor and loves spending time with her family and friends.

Jennie joined the ALB group in 2021. She is one of our funders, but quickly became our title tracking maniac! She had previously worked in the banking industry as a customer service rep and her professionalism really shines here! She is the loving mother of one son and two very spunky girls. She spends most of her time taking her kids to their various activities and takes great pride in her tribe! In her spare time Jennie enjoys cheering on the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame and assisting her husband with his property maintenance business. She also loves cooking, funny animal videos on tiktok & the whole family can really get down to their dance parties in the kitchen!

Carrie is one of our amazing funding processors who joined the team in 2023. She assists with anything from calls to dealers to ensure we get missing stipulations to assisting with Warranty and GAP cancellations. Every day she works hand in hand with our funding team to ensure prompt and accurate loan funding for our dealerships. Carrie has an extensive background in banking and finance, so being a part of the ALB family was a perfect fit for everyone!

Carrie has a close love of the automobile industry and has made a career of not only lending but has worked direct sales and finance. She has a vast knowledge of sales, finance, and customer service. She has been a part of every aspect of the dealer world and greatly enjoys building relationships within the business. Her customer service skills are the kind that are simply lacking in the business elsewhere.

Carrie loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys camping with her husband, Tad, every available weekend. She is also a proud Dog Mom to two adorable mini pins! Carrie additionally raises pheasants, is an avid beekeeper and is a PRO at everything canning. We like to refer to her as our very own Mother Nature!

Meet Kelsey Cleveland! Kelsey joined the ALB team in 2011 as one of our data entry personnel. Because of her hard work and attention to detail, she quickly worked her way up the ladder of success and is now our Funding Manager. She spends much of her day concentrating on any issues that may occur on a day to day basis to keep everything flowing smoothly in the funding department.

After High school, where she excelled in sports and general education, she furthered her education at Lake Michigan College with an associate degree in arts and science. Kelsey is an avid sports fan. She is married to the love of her life Tony and they have two adorable children that love the outdoors! She and Tony enjoy hunting in the fall and hope to have a large farm one day where they can raise cows and chickens and hope to grow their family even more. She has a large extended family and enjoys spending time with her many nieces and nephews. She always loves a good challenge and strives to meet any goal set upon her and the office.

Liz Cassel is our Office Manager and general “do it all” when it comes to keeping the Rep’s organized and headed in the right direction. Elizabeth graduated from Bethel College with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration and an Associate Degree in Economics. She joined the Auto Loan Builder team in 2015, as she had developed a love of the automobile business and has a knack for keeping offices running smoothly, she is a great fit! Liz says if she didn’t love the ALB job so much, she probably would have been a kindergarten teacher. (And a good one I am sure!)

In her spare free time, she enjoys sports, crafting, baking, and spending all the time she can with her daughter, Kinley.

Mike Edwards joined the team at ALB at the end of 2023. Mike brings an extensive background in the auto lending business. He started as an underwriter for Bank One Custom Finance and spent more than 20 years with Chase Auto Finance. He spent the final 10 years as District Credit Manager for the state of Indiana. He has spent the past 5 years with a small family-owned finance company out of Ft Wayne, IN, serving as an Area Manager in their central and southern districts. Mike looks forward to making new friends in the auto business as he pushes into Ohio and Kentucky for ALB.

Mike is married with three children who are all the loves of his life. They have two amazingly cute dogs and love spending time together playing ball or cuddling on the couch. Mike is an avid sports fan, especially for his teams in Kentucky! (Go Wildcats!) When visiting Kentucky, Mike also enjoys the scenic Bourbon trail and likes to help sample along the way😊. When Mike isn’t busy making a car deal or being a dad, you can find him fishing, golfing, watching sports, or live music.

Chris has spent her entire career working in automotive finance. She started as a temp with GMAC and hasn’t looked back. She has held positions in multiple areas through the years- acquisitions, collections, leasing, floorplan, underwriting, and sales. She believes in developing a strong relationship and respect with the dealers she works with and says the business is in her blood. She has been married to her husband for over 30 years and has raised two outstanding children who they are very proud of. In her free time she enjoys taking her two very active Australian shepherds for walks, chasing her chickens around the yard (also sharing her fresh eggs with the rest of us!) and loves college basketball season.

M. Chris Daven is our General Manager and original Dealership Representative who has worked for Auto Loan Builder since 2008. She specializes in Auto Lending and business management with a background in finance and insurance. In addition to her love of the business, Chris has a passion for cooking & wine, decorating, movies, and enjoys the opportunity to entertain family and friends whenever possible. In her spare time she also loves to help people “tie the knot” as a wedding officiant.

Chris is the daughter of a military family, and forth generation U.S. Navy veteran. Since growing up military meant a lot of moves; she has had the opportunity to live in many states including: California, Texas, South Carolina, Florida, Connecticut, and her home town Lake Charles, Louisiana. She is married to the love of her life, Glenn and proud parent of their two daughters, Shelby and Rylee. They currently live in Plymouth, Indiana but are always looking for the next great house and adventure!
